Worship Time and Location

We meet for worship on Sundays at 10am at Boston Trinity Academy. The official school address is 17 Hale Street, Hyde Park. However, please use 29 Hale Street for directions given that your GPS will likely take you right to the parking lot that we are using. If that lot is full, there are some overflow parking spaces right on Hale Street and Emmett Street (see the map below). The school is located a short walk from Cleary Square and is easily accessible by commuter and bus lines.

What to Expect

At Parkway Presbyterian, people are encouraged to come as they are to worship without any pressure to dress or act in a certain way. Some will feel comfortable dressing up, and others will feel comfortable dressing casually. Beyond dress, no one will be put on the spot or feel pressured to participate if they are not comfortable doing so.

Each service begins with a call to worship in which Scripture is read and God is acknowledged as the one who calls His people together and empowers their growth. Songs are then sung, prayers are offered, sin is confessed, a sermon is preached, and the Lord’s Supper is regularly administered. All elements of worship are rich in Scripture and are Christ-centered. There is a coffee fellowship time immediately following the service and all are invited to attend.

Kids and Youth

Children are fully engaged in the overall life of the church, and we consider it a privilege to support them in their growth. We regularly provide a children's lesson during the sermon time for preschoolers to first grade. (Note: Parents are welcome to keep their children with them during the service if they would prefer to do so.) We also have bi-weekly kids club (2nd-5th grade) and youth group meetings (6th grade and up) immediately following the Sunday service. Finally, we have periodic fellowship events in which children have the opportunity to interact with and learn from other children of all different ages. As a relatively young church, we are always exploring new ways to connect and hope to develop more children's activities over the coming months.

Connection Groups

Outside of Sunday worship, the people in our church regularly meet in smaller groups for fellowship and prayer. These “connection groups” provide an opportunity to get to know others more deeply and to discuss how Scriptural themes meet day-to-day life. At these gatherings, no one is put on the spot or asked to share if they do not feel comfortable doing so. For more information, please contact Bryan Loney (bryan@parkwaypresbyterian.com).
